Grounding Systems That Stand Between Routine and Catastrophe

An established industrial ground monitoring equipment manufacturer whose systems protect some of the most hazardous work environments in industry: chemical processing plants, railcar loading and unloading terminals, marine fueling operations, and vacuum truck fleets. When static electricity meets flammable vapor, grounding is not a nice-to-have. It is the thing standing between a routine transfer and a catastrophic ignition.

Buyers in this world are safety engineers, plant managers, and EHS directors. They research carefully, specify precisely, and buy for the long haul. And when the average customer relationship is worth high five to six figures, a single new conversation can pay for the entire program many times over.

Deep Expertise, Zero Visibility Where Buyers Now Look

The company had deep technical authority and decades of application knowledge. What it did not have was visibility where modern industrial buyers actually look. Safety engineers were asking AI engines how to ground a railcar bay, which continuous grounding monitor to specify, and how to verify grounding on a vacuum truck. The answers were not mentioning our client.

The mission: make this manufacturer the name AI engines and search engines reach for on grounding and ground monitoring questions, then convert that visibility into requests for quote.

On core “ground monitoring system” queries the client earned 93 citations and a 34.32% citation share. On railcar loading bay grounding queries: 56 citations and a 29.79% share. On railcar unloading best practices: 44 citations and a 33.08% share. And on queries about its flagship grounding device line, the client owns a 43.33% citation share.

Optimize. Create. Distribute.

STEP 01

Optimize

We rebuilt the technical and on-page foundation so AI engines could parse, trust, and cite the site: clean structure, precise entity signals, and pages organized around the exact applications buyers specify against.

STEP 02

Create

We produced authoritative content answering the real questions safety engineers ask: choosing continuous grounding monitors for railcar loading bays, railcar unloading grounding best practices, marine and vacuum truck grounding. Depth over volume: 18 pages carry 4,500 citations.

STEP 03

Distribute

We pushed that content into the source sets AI engines ground their answers on, so when a buyer asks Copilot or Google how to solve a grounding problem, our client is in the answer.

This Is Not a Campaign That Ends

Content keeps earning citations. Citations keep building trust. Trust keeps sending buyers to your sales team. Every month the citation base grows, the direct traffic it drives grows with it, and the RFQ count follows.

And when one customer is worth high five to six figures, the program does not need many of those 748 RFQs to close before it has paid for itself many times over.
