Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
AlchemyLeads LLC (“AlchemyLeads,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) explains here how we collect and use personal information through alchemyleads.com and related business communications. This policy addresses our website and inquiries about our services.
Information you provide
When you contact us, request information, or book a conversation, you may provide your name, company name, business website, email address, phone number, business revenue range, and details about your business or project. We also receive the content of communications you send us.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in general website forms or chat messages.
Information collected through the website
Our website uses hosting, security, analytics, and marketing technologies. These tools may process your IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, referral sources, campaign parameters, and interactions with the website. Cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies help measure visits and associate inquiries with marketing sources.
Website integrations include Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, PostHog, and Calendly. We also use hosting and security services, including Kinsta and Cloudflare. The information processed depends on the tool, your interactions, and your browser settings.
AlchemyAgent free tools
When you use AlchemyAgent in an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, we receive the website address you ask about (plus a brand name, if you give one) and, for the Search Console tool, the CSV text you provide. We use them only to run the check you asked for. Website checks call Google PageSpeed Insights, the Chrome UX Report, Mozilla HTTP Observatory and Wikidata, and fetch the public pages of the site you named. Search Console text is processed in memory and not stored. We keep cached results for public websites for up to 12 hours to stay within API limits, and a daily per-network usage count for up to 2 days to prevent abuse. We don’t sell this data or use it to train models.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, and discuss requested services.
- Maintain business communications and records relating to inquiries and services.
- Operate and improve the website, understand visitor interactions, and measure marketing performance.
- Support website security and address misuse or technical problems.
Service providers and disclosures
With your marketing permission, advertising and marketing providers may receive online identifiers and information about visits and interactions. Advertising disclosures can constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws, even without a payment for the information. Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the website footer to turn off optional marketing technologies in this browser.
We use providers that support hosting, security, analytics, forms, customer relationship management, and scheduling. Information may be disclosed to these providers in connection with those services. Analytics and marketing integrations can disclose information to their providers. Their uses of information are also subject to their own privacy notices and applicable agreements.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to address security, fraud, or legal claims.
Cookies and your choices
Use Cookie preferences in the website footer to accept, reject, or separately choose optional analytics and marketing. For visitors in the United States, optional analytics is on by default unless your browser sends Global Privacy Control or you turn it off; optional marketing stays off until you allow it. For visitors elsewhere, optional tracking loaders controlled by this website remain off until you allow the relevant category. Closing the initial dialog does not grant permission. You can withdraw permission or change your choices at any time; saving a choice reloads the page so it can take effect.
- Necessary: hosting, security, anti-spam protection, requested forms and functions, and storage of your privacy choice. These support operation of the website and are not switched off by the optional categories. Form providers receive information needed to display and process forms you use.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog and Cloudflare Web Analytics measure visits and interactions when this category is allowed.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel supports advertising, audience measurement, and marketing attribution when this category is allowed. Shared Google Tag Manager, HubSpot tracking, and combined lead-attribution loaders currently require both optional categories.
The website stores your choice in this browser using al_privacy_v1 for up to 180 days. If saving a choice fails, an essential al_privacy_block cookie may retain a rejection for up to 180 days, with a page-address fallback that disables optional tracking on that page. Clearing browser storage, using another browser or device, or the choice expiring may require a new choice. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the consent control keeps optional marketing off and, in the United States, does not turn analytics on by default. The footer opt-out applies to this browser; contact us for a request concerning information already held in our business systems.
Changing your choice does not undo previous disclosures, delete submitted inquiries, or control websites you visit through external links. You may also manage cookies through your browser. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent every type of data collection. Scheduling services and tools on other domains have their own controls.
For questions or help with privacy choices, email [email protected] or use our contact page.
Communications and privacy requests
You can use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails that include one, or contact us to request that marketing communications stop. We may still need to communicate with you about an active inquiry or service.
If we contact you at a work email address after identifying a visit, you can reply or use the unsubscribe option to stop further marketing messages. In early October 2026, we briefly tested a visitor identification service (ColdIQ) for some visitors in the United States. We stopped using it on October 15, 2026. You can email [email protected] to ask us to delete any records from that test that we hold about you. Information held by ColdIQ and its data providers is subject to their own privacy notices.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a request or ask about your rights, email [email protected]. Our site administrator is responsible for coordinating privacy requests received at this address. Please describe your request and the information or interaction it concerns; do not send identity documents unless we request an appropriate verification method. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request. Available rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request.
How long we keep information
Our retention review schedule calls for reviewing unconverted inquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact and resolved routine support correspondence after 24 months. Active proposals, ongoing services, legal obligations and preservation requirements may justify longer retention. Duplicate working copies are scheduled for removal within 90 days after the main CRM record is confirmed, unless still needed for an active task or obligation. These reviews require checking the relevant systems and exceptions; they are not an automatic deletion guarantee. To ask about a record or request deletion, contact our privacy email. A deletion request may be subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
Records from the visitor identification test in our internal sales tools are reviewed 12 months after the last identified visit or meaningful contact, unless they become an active inquiry or client relationship.
Browser first-touch attribution is limited to 90 days when the attribution code runs. Google Analytics user and event retention is configured for two months, with reset on new activity disabled; this does not determine retention of aggregate reports or other vendors’ records. PostHog session recording is disabled. We retain only the information needed to honor marketing opt-outs and document privacy-request handling, subject to applicable requirements.
Security
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have a concern about information submitted through the website.
External services and client work
Google Maps embeds remain unloaded until you choose a Load map button. Loading a map sends your IP address and browser information to Google and may use cookies. Close map removes the embed from this page; it does not undo information already sent. You can also use the displayed office address in your preferred maps app.
Our website includes links and embedded resources, such as scheduling, forms, an AI visibility checker, and a pitch deck. External services may process information under their own privacy policies. Review the policies of services you choose to use.
Information processed as part of client services may also be addressed in the relevant service agreement and the client’s own privacy notices. Contact us if you need to identify the appropriate contact for a request relating to client work.
Intended audience
This website presents business marketing services. Our Terms of Use require users to be at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our website, please contact our privacy email.
Website accessibility and assistance
We are working to improve the accessibility of our website. If a page, form, or control prevents you from accessing information or contacting us, email [email protected] or use our contact page. Please include the page address, the difficulty you experienced, and a way to reach you. You may describe an alternative format or method of communication that would help. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
