Twenty years of expertise, one page of website

An established Northeast third-party logistics company that stores inventory, then picks, packs and ships orders for ecommerce, direct-to-consumer and retail brands. Their ideal client is rarely within 100 miles of the warehouse, so they compete nationally against fulfillment companies in every state, all publishing content and chasing the same searches.

When they came to us, the company had a one-page website that had been live for about 20 years, and thousands of online listings showing outdated addresses and wrong phone numbers. Outside of those listings, they had almost no meaningful visibility online.

Every new fulfillment client is worth high six to low seven figures to the business. When the average customer is worth that much, a single new conversation can pay for the entire program many times over.

Win national searches against 3PLs in every state

The leadership team went in with a clear view of why most SEO programs fail: owners give it about three months, then quit. So before choosing an agency, they committed to twelve months, with no flinching and no judging the results early.

The mission: rebuild the company’s online presence from the ground up, then make it the 3PL that growing brands find, in Google and in AI answers, when they search for a fulfillment partner.

Eighteen months in, still compounding

15–25 qualified inbound RFQs a month

Brands that match the company’s ideal client profile now request quotes every month. Meetings booked grew from 11 in April to 23 in September, and the third quarter beat the second by 27%.

About $20M in sales-opportunity pipeline in one month

With each happy customer worth high six to low seven figures, September’s 23 qualified meetings represent roughly $20 million in sales-opportunity pipeline. Eighteen months of work against a pipeline like that is not a close call.

Pipeline estimate: September 2026 meetings multiplied by the client’s stated customer value. Sales opportunities, not closed revenue.

+80% active users, quarter over quarter

Most programs plateau by month 18. This one is still accelerating: active users up 80% quarter over quarter, organic search sessions up 21% (Google +21%, Bing +20%), and the HubSpot contact base up from 1,270 to 1,690 between April and September.

29.5K AI citations in six months

AI answers cited the company’s pages 29,500 times in six months, peaking at 670 citations across 18 pages on October 8. Visits from AI assistants rose 75% quarter over quarter, with ChatGPT referrals up 57%.

+195% direct users quarter over quarter: the dark AI funnel at work

The biggest driver behind the 80% jump in active users. Buyers discover the company in AI answers, shortlist it, then come back later by typing its name. New users arriving direct rose 195% quarter over quarter to about 1,000, and direct sessions rose 172%. We see the same pattern with every client whose AI visibility is rising: as AI citations climb, so does direct traffic.

Optimize → Create → Distribute

The first three months were foundation work: slow on the surface, decisive underneath. By month six the early results showed up, and every month since has built on the last.

Optimize

We rebuilt the website from the ground up, replacing a 20-year-old single page with a fast, modern site built to turn visitors into quote requests, and corrected thousands of inaccurate listings across the web.

Create

We launched 90+ targeted pages in the first three months, then mapped a content strategy where every guide connects to the next, forming a web of industry answers for brands choosing a 3PL.

Distribute

We built the company’s footprint across directories, industry sources and earned mentions, so Google and AI tools see the same accurate, trusted company everywhere they look.

“Our decision to commit to the process was the right one”

The client left a five-star review and has already referred new business to us. In their own words:

“I went into SEO with a firm understanding that nearly every business owner I had ever spoken with who claimed ‘SEO doesn’t work’ had followed the same timeline: they gave it about three months and then called it quits. Knowing that, we decided to approach it with a more open mind. On paper, before speaking with any agencies, we committed to 12 months, no flinching, no pulling back, and no judging the results prematurely. …

We chose AlchemyLeads after speaking with their team several times. What ultimately sold us was how freely they shared their knowledge during those introductory calls. There was no suggestion that SEO was some high-tech secret where we had to pay them first and only then learn what they planned to do. …

The first three months felt slow to me. However, a tremendous amount of foundational work was taking place. We worked closely with the AlchemyLeads team to rebuild our website and correct thousands of inaccurate listings containing outdated addresses, incorrect phone numbers, and other bad information. …

Then the results started showing up. We began appearing organically on the first page for search terms directly related to our business. Leads started coming in. AI search tools began recognizing us as a source of industry information and citing our content, which generated even more visibility and additional leads. We are still only getting started, and site traffic was up another 67% during the month I am writing this review.

SEO is not something you try for 90 days and abandon when the phone does not immediately start ringing. It requires patience, a strong foundation, a clear strategy, and an agency that knows how all the pieces will eventually work together. AlchemyLeads has delivered that for us …”

Month 18 is still the beginning

Most SEO programs get judged at month three. This one was built for month eighteen and beyond. Eighteen months in, active users are still up 80% quarter over quarter and meetings up 27%. Every page published in year one is still earning rankings, citations and quote requests today, and every new guide connects to the ones before it.

SEO isn’t a 90-day test. It’s a foundation that keeps paying out.

Content keeps earning citations. Citations keep building trust. Trust keeps sending buyers to your sales team. This is growth that compounds month after month, not a spike that fades.
