Connect every system so every lead ties to revenue
Custom apps, API and webhook integrations, and AI automations that link your marketing data to the booking, quoting, ERP, and ecommerce systems where revenue actually happens. Built for brands that have outgrown off-the-shelf connectors.
Why do broken integrations cost you revenue?
Most growing brands run marketing in HubSpot or Salesforce and run sales or operations somewhere else: Tripleseat for events, Shopify for orders, an ERP or quoting tool for deals. When a lead jumps from one system to the other, its source, campaign, and AI referral data usually get left behind.
That gap is expensive. Ad platforms optimize toward form fills instead of booked or closed revenue, budget moves toward campaigns that look busy, and leadership stops trusting the numbers. Leads that came from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, or organic search look the same as everything else.
We fix the plumbing. Leads land in your CRM first, revenue outcomes flow back from the systems where deals close, and your team keeps working in the tools they already know. Marketing finally gets graded on pipeline and revenue.
Everything it takes to grow revenue
Integration & Data Flow Audit
We map how leads, bookings, orders, and quotes move between your website, CRM, ad platforms, and operational systems. You see exactly where attribution breaks and a fix list ordered by revenue impact and build effort.
Integration Architecture & Roadmap
We decide what should be native, what needs middleware, and what needs a custom app, then sequence the work. Each phase is scoped to close a specific attribution gap before the next one starts.
HubSpot Custom Apps
Purpose-built HubSpot apps that sync contacts, deals, and custom objects with systems HubSpot doesn’t connect to well out of the box. Deals move through your pipeline automatically when something changes in the other system.
CRM-to-Booking, ERP & Quoting Sync
Two-way sync between HubSpot or Salesforce and booking platforms like Tripleseat, ERPs, quoting tools, and Shopify. Booking status, quote values, and order outcomes return to the CRM so revenue is credited to the right source.
Webhooks & API Middleware
Lightweight services that receive webhooks, map fields between platforms, handle retries, and call each system’s API. They cover the cases Zapier-style tools can’t, without forcing a costly platform upgrade.
Form Replacement & Lead Capture
We replace third-party embedded forms with CRM-native forms that match your current fields and design, so every lead is captured with its source, campaign, and AI referral data before it moves downstream.
AI Lead Enrichment & Routing
As leads enter the integration, AI adds company and fit details and routes them to the right rep or system. Sales starts with context, and enrichment happens inside the same pipeline that protects attribution.
AI Agents for Ops Workflows
AI agents that handle repetitive cross-system tasks, such as checking availability, drafting follow-ups from booking or quote data, and flagging stalled records, with human review where it matters. Your team spends time on revenue work.
Offline Conversions to Google & Meta
We send booked, quoted, and closed-won outcomes from your CRM back to Google Ads and Meta. Bidding learns from revenue instead of raw leads, which helps ad spend move toward the campaigns that close.
Server-Side Tracking Hand-Off
Integrations pass clean identifiers and outcomes to your server-side tagging and conversion API setup, so website tracking and back-office revenue data agree. One consistent record from first click to closed deal.
Data Quality, Dedupe & Field Mapping
Duplicate detection, field normalization, and clear mapping rules between systems. Clean, consistent records keep attribution accurate and stop sales from chasing the same lead twice in two different tools.
Hosting, Monitoring & Handover
Integrations run on a small DigitalOcean or AWS EC2 server, with logging and alerts when a sync fails. Every build ships with documentation of data flows, field maps, and credentials setup for your team.
A proven, repeatable process
- Map the data flowWe trace every path a lead, booking, order, or quote takes across your systems and mark where source and revenue data drop off.
- Design the integrationWe choose native connectors, middleware, or a custom app for each gap, agree field mappings, and define what syncs in each direction.
- Build and testWe build the integration, replace forms where needed, and test with real records in a staging setup before anything touches live data.
- Launch and close the loopWe go live, connect revenue outcomes back to your CRM and ad platforms, and validate that attribution matches what sales sees.
- Monitor and improveWe watch logs and alerts, fix sync issues fast, and add AI automation and new systems as your stack and goals change.
Measured in pipeline
AlchemyLeads has run a HubSpot and Tripleseat integration in production for hospitality groups since 2023, capturing every lead in HubSpot first and pulling booking outcomes back into the deal pipeline. We are now packaging it as a HubSpot app, Tripleseat Integration by AlchemyLeads, coming soon. It syncs HubSpot leads to Tripleseat and pulls booking status back, so lead conversions and booking changes move deals automatically. Book a HubSpot Tripleseat integration call for early access.
Straight answers
What systems can you integrate with our CRM?
We regularly work with HubSpot and Salesforce on the CRM side, and connect them to booking platforms like Tripleseat, Shopify, ERPs, quoting tools, and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. If a system has an API or sends webhooks, we can usually connect it. During the audit we confirm what each platform exposes and whether a native connector, middleware, or a custom app is the right fit.
How is this different from AI automation or analytics services?
Our AI automation service focuses on workflows inside your existing tools, like lead routing and nurture. Analytics and tag management focus on how data is tracked and measured. This service builds the connections underneath, the custom apps, APIs, and webhooks that move leads and revenue outcomes between systems. Many clients use all three together, because accurate attribution depends on data actually reaching the CRM.
Is the HubSpot Tripleseat app available now?
Not yet. Tripleseat Integration by AlchemyLeads is coming soon. It syncs HubSpot leads to Tripleseat and pulls booking status back into your HubSpot deal pipeline. The integration behind it has run in production for hospitality groups since 2023. If you want early access or need a custom version today, book a HubSpot Tripleseat integration call and we will walk through your setup.
How much do custom integrations cost?
Integration builds are scoped per project, based on the number of systems, sync direction, and data volume. Hosting for a typical integration on a small DigitalOcean or AWS EC2 server runs under $10 a month. When integrations are part of an ongoing growth program, plans run from $6,850 to $10,888 a month, and multi-brand engagements start at $15,000 a month. We price on outcomes, not hours.
How do you keep our data and API keys secure?
API keys and tokens are stored in environment variables or a secrets manager, never in code or shared documents. Each integration requests only the permission scopes it needs, following least-privilege access. Endpoints run over HTTPS and webhook requests are verified. We document every credential and connection so your team knows exactly what has access to what.
How long does an integration project take?
It depends on the systems involved and how clean the existing data is. A focused integration between two platforms is usually far quicker than a multi-system project with ERP or quoting data. We share a timeline after the audit, and we stage launches so the attribution gaps costing you the most money get closed first. We commit to dates only after we have reviewed each platform’s API.
Is AlchemyLeads a good fit for my company?
AlchemyLeads works best with high-value B2B, industrial, technical, and ecommerce brands doing roughly $5M to $150M in annual revenue. We are selective and only take on engagements where we see a strong probability of success, which is a big reason 95% of new clients since 2020 have stayed with us longer than 12 months.
